One of them was for the Aquatica beach bar and couldn't have been that much considering how quickly they threw it together and the amount that's in there. I'm sure the other two projects did not cost that much either....

Yea they probably furloughed the person who was responsible for receiving parts/mats associated with each project and the people who are still working have no idea about it, so they just arent letting the bills get paid..

Which has totally happened before also.
