So I was offered a full time dsd position back in December and if I don't remind personnel I only get scheduled 25-28 hours. Is the position going away because I'm the only dsd person at my store?

Don't think this will go away
They took away the possibility of pay cuts with job elimination 2 years ago. 2018.
What a shame! :-(
When they started GWP they took away pay cut exemption. I think they want everyone to be making the same amount no matter where you work.
At some point yes DSD is going away. You will become part of cap 1. Cap teams will be the ones checking in vendors and freight coming through DSD. Our store was supposed to transition last month but has been put on hold for now. Our DSD associate was told in Jan she would be going to cap 1 in March but would still be checking in vendors and freight from ups and fed ex. Oh and shes getting a $.60 pay cut due to the job code change, which I thought was a no no when your position is being eliminated.
