Slavery was outlawed. Why are people still working there ? It's beyond a terrible place to work.

I still work here. Everyone I know that still works here is looking for another job.
My department used to have around 30 people. Now there are only two of us.
Yes, clients do come here to obtain information. We do not get the truth from DST so we come here looking for answers. We don’t understand why SS&C will not just sell the DST Health Solutions division to a healthcare technology company rather than just keep shrinking the company and running it in the ground. Makes no sense.
I am a client and the service and response times to our needs is terrible.
There are a few of us still left but not enough of us to continue to support the systems and clients. We are doubtful about our future or the direction of the company. The number of us left continues to get smaller and smaller.
