It Appears that IBM have found a new way to use the present word wide pandemic to increase their profit margins.
Reduce contractors rates by 25% but carry on charging companies the same higher rate.
The greed of IBM never ceases to amaze me. People are dying but its OK as long as IBM makes their money.
Fake news. I know contractors and none of them had such pay cut.
To those who say it saves IBMer jobs, I’d say “not so fast!!” Many contractors are IBMers who already got the “age shaft”, and they come back as contractors, usually at reduced pay. Now, they’ve been hosed again, and IBMers are still getting axed.
No word of this in the United States.

The contractor program is abused by IBM to buy down their over burdened rates as it is. The amount gained from this action has to be minimal at best.
