Thoughts on Brian P?

What are people’s thoughts on COO Brian Pec.? A lot of employees are frustrated with him bc of his lack of leadership during the covid crisis. Management seems to be happy with a “do nothing” approach while the lower level workers suffer drastic decreases in their wages. Some other companies’ leaders have volunteered to cut executive pay to help fund bonuses or quota reductions for the sales/acct mgmt teams but it does not seem like TR is interested in doing anything like that.

LOL, he will pick the tab up at the bar and he is mostly loyal to his friends, which has helped him survive and accelerate his career. He is not impressive, he should not be running a growth organization, however I envy him for his ability to take limited knowledge of sales and operations and parlay that into a senior leadership position. Exceptional at the corporate politics, but honestly he is only one problem and arguably not the important, since he is mainly a figurehead. It is the operational leaders of the individual segments and their underlings that are driving the business into the ground. When you put people in positions they aren't qualified for and expect them to learn on the job and be that driving force, then you get what you get. If Brian hired these folks and is responsible for putting these inept individuals in leadership roles, then he should have to exit them, and them leave on his own. He should take ownership of his horrible decisions and rectify them. I am sure we can all give him a list, if he needs it. LOL

Brian has been at TR for way too long and seems like he is just milking the system. Time for new leadership!
