Who's being cut now?
Yea cmo, cfo, and cto are left for now
Isn’t the CMO left too? She hasn’t left yet.
CRO wasn't a Vista guy...he came in a little bit before them.
CRO was surprising, he was one of Vista’s guys. Anyone know why he left/was removed so suddenly?
Who is getting forced out next?
Who is left? Just cfo and cto?
Vista has removed every executive that isn’t one of their people, it’s as simple as that. Irene was a legacy iCIMS leader so she was pushed out. She’s much better off, along with the rest of the employees that are leaving every week.
I would think the CPO is gone because the moral at the company is at an all time low, so the blame is easily pointed in that supervisory position. However, the dismal morale had nothing to do with her. Just another person caught in the blame game.
Anyone think the CEO pushed out the old CPO so they could get some 'diversity' in c suite? Everyone liked the old CPO
11 HLAB teams!
Ceos rating is 71 for me. Still high but a lot of fake and new hire reviews boosting it up
I was just checking out some recent Glassdoor reviews as I’m finally getting ready to post one myself.. how the hell did Steve’s approval rating get to 100%? It was close to that when Colin was the CEO but by mid-year this year it was in the 50s or 60s and now somehow it’s 100 again?!
So many former SAP workers as executives...
Feels weird they announced an acquisition during the conference in which they were publicizing guest speakers to promote hiring diversity - pick a lane!
This conference is an absolute mess so far
Each department and role is different, the customer success department doesn’t exactly get “bonuses.” The company changed their compensation to a variable comp plan with a 70/30 split. So if someone’s salary was originally $60,000 their base became $42,000 and if they hit their completely unrealistic goals, they have a chance at making that extra $18,000 split up into quarterly payments that get taxed at a much higher rate.
But to answer the original question, you will absolutely see more people in sales and the CS org leaving in the very near future and they will continue to leave because iCIMS(read: Vista) no longer gives a sh– about their employees.
Managers, sales and CSMs get bonuses
You getting bonuses? I know engineers in labs just get salary which is lame
How many people quitting after bonuses for this quarter?
Yes, the support comment was in response to now that the more executives are pushed out..who's next part of the post before..
"Nah did you see the email from the ceo? It's chief people and legal officer "
Nah did you see the email from the ceo? It's chief people and legal officer
Probably senior leaders in support. Have you seen the mess there? It is hanging on by a thread.
Wow ceo pushed out more executives. Who's next
Reminder: This isn't the main thread for icims discussion, this is - https://www.thelayoff.com/icims
If you only pay attention to this page you'll miss news
Yea if you look in yammer so you can see. It's only engineers. They definitely have 50+ hlab engineers overall and they are still interviewing.
Are those all in labs? At this point hlab might have more engineers than holmdel. So sad
Another 25+ Hyderabad new hires starting today. I’ve also heard no teams are allowed to hire in NJ without CEO approval. All US positions are either remote(sales) or in Denver.
Yea wtf is up with the dumb video. The manager has to grade you and if you don't score high enough then you have to redo it
All this brand garbage is like being part of cult. So annoying
Whats up with the 250 dollar care.com thing? When we getting it
“ They probably spent 100k+ on the new logo and doesn't include the time labs will spending to update it everywhere lol”
100k+ is not even close. A full “brand refresh” like that is easily in the millions. It’s also a complete slap in the face that he said it’s been a 6 month effort. This just proves that spending money on marketing the brand is the most important thing to him because the layoffs happened after they started this whole project would have started. As everyone has said multiple times, the only goal for this company is to drive profits as fast as possible in order to sell to Microsoft for a profit in the billions.
Yes, he did the same thing at marketo so he didn't have to commute to hq in California.
"Does anyone feel that opening the new office in Denver (where the ceo lives) is suspicious? I feel like the biggest reason it was opened there was so the ceo doesn't need to commute to nj"

They probably spent 100k+ on the new logo and doesn't include the time labs will spending to update it everywhere lol
Does anyone else find it hilarious that they are paying "diverse celebrities" to speak at their virtual event about hiring diversity which is LOL because what do these celebrities know about hiring but also not a single C level, VP, or Sr Director is diverse themselves It's all white people in senior leadership at iCIMS.
“Holmdel has to stay at a certain number of employees for tax reasons. I doubt that will change.”
Vista does not care about the Holmdel tax benefits. They are looking at a multi-billion dollar return on their investment in under 5 years. Sticking to the rules to maintain a few million dollar in tax breaks isn’t going to a factor into the strategy. They’ll just get to right off the taxes anyway, Vista doesn’t need tax breaks for cash flow
Yea. New ceo is definitely more annoying, faker, and sleazier than old ceo, but I think the new ceo will make the company more profitable which means better raises.
"You like Steve more than Colin? Why? He’s more energetic and likes to crack jokes but it’s all a facade."
LOL, the new logo, and Ike clearly cutting the budget on branding too.
You like Steve more than Colin? Why? He’s more energetic and likes to crack jokes but it’s all a facade.
Which why they'll reduce hiring in NY, NJ, and CA
"They should. More expensive here. (NJ)"
