“In Denver they will be paying support 9-15% lower than what they are paying in New Jersey”
They should. More expensive here. (NJ)
Yea I prefer the current ceo too. Leadership is still a mess though
I don't like the new logo but I like the new ceo a lot more.
Holmdel has to stay at a certain number of employees for tax reasons. I doubt that will change.
I like the update. It’s new. I’ve been here seven years and it was time.
Is it ok to like anything here or are well all supposed to hate on everything?
Wow the new logo is garbage

I don't expect layoffs. Company is growing and hiring. The layoff in april was due to covid and restructuring due to new ceo
I’m curious to hear what type of salary numbers you’ve heard(in NJ and Denver). They’ve cut a lot in NJ as well.
Not doing more layoffs but shifting work to other locations. I know in Denver the roles they are hiring for are at considerable lower salaries than what they pay in NJ. So don't be surprised to see back fills being hired in Denver. I suspect some of the previous layoffs were done for cost savings to rehire there and offshore for a business savings. They have already shifted rehiring an entire support team/manager to Denver.
Company is doing pretty well financially. Does anyone expect another layoff next year?
I doubt there will be any layoffs. There are 90+ jobs on the career site already. Company is also growing. You don’t hire that many people and do layoffs right after.
I’m just trying to share what I know and keep the site with info for employees who want to know. Not endorsing anyone or saying it’s good.

Really disgusting that they laid off engineers just to hire 30+ off shore engineers. Once the economy is back to normal and engineers start to leave, they'll realize how upset people were
All the labs executives are constantly lying about hlab
- Only like 15 devs, 3 teams
- They'll only work on acs
- Hlab won't impact hiring in United States
"Cto said they were only going to hire 15 off shore devs in the beginning. What a liar
It's probably 40+ now and they keep on hiring more."

"What did they think was going to happen when they outsourced 50+ engineering jobs"
“Account Managers are dropping like flies. At least 5 within the last week that I’m aware of.”
Since I posted this yesterday, I’ve heard of 4-5 more account managers that are confirmed to be leaving. This company is a joke and everyone wants out.
Yea Im a software engineer. Im trying to leave and I know a bunch of engineers in labs that are actively interviewing.
What did they think was going to happen when they outsourced 50+ engineering jobs
So many software engineers are trying to leave. Once companies start hiring again, a lot of them are gone
Account Managers are dropping like flies. At least 5 within the last week that I’m aware of.
“Starting to like the ceo. Happy with the extra pto and office stipend”
You must not be in one of the departments that has taken multiple pay cuts in the past year. A couple extra days off doesn’t make up for the loss of thousands and thousands of dollars in my bank account.

"Very good? I’m sure most positions would be outsourced or cut due to being redundant and most iCIMS employees would be laid off"
Maybe people working on projects that aren't needed and managers would get laid off but they would need engineers to work on the software they just bought lol.
“As a software engineer, a sale to Microsoft would be very good.”
Very good? I’m sure most positions would be outsourced or cut due to being redundant and most iCIMS employees would be laid off
Getting bought by Microsoft seems too obvious. Icims would fit in easily with their other products and they have an ats already with LinkedIn but idk how good that is.
As a software engineer, a sale to Microsoft would be very good.
Rebranding sounds like a great way to help CMO/Marketing look like they are doing something. All levity aside, there Jibe and TextRecruit have been enveloped so maybe it's a good idea.
Oh BTW, the "real" iCIMS died a few years ago when a series of lackluster C-suite decisions resulted in cashflow issues, more tech debt and customer churn.
The branding is the last thing about iCIMS that Vista hasn’t gotten rid of. Time to let the public know the real iCIMS is dead. Preparing for a sale to Microsoft in the next couple years.
What's this rebranding about? Mostly nonsense?
They won't close Bell Labs. It will always be the HQ. They will probably slowly reduce the office space over time by shifting hiring to Denver. Plus everyone can be remote now and prove to be effective at our jobs. I won't be shocked when they say that's an option for those of us that want to keep being remote.
@our "leader" just told us our new support team and manager would be located in the Denver.
When is this happening? Support seems like it needs a lot of help. Issues are days behind and holding up implementations projects. What is happening in support?
He's not even trying to hide that's he is slimy. Hiring is daughter during a hiring freeze and opening an office where he lives
They won’t move out of Bell Works any time soon. They’re the anchor tenant and receive major tax breaks from the state
Do you think they’ll close bell labs then?
Opening an office where he lives so he and daughter have a short commute lol
He did the same thing for marketo
New office where he lives....
"possible, considering our "leader" just told us our new support team and manager would be located in the Denver."
Cutting waste? Guess they didn’t get it all by the looks of your comment.
@Company is doing great!—thats because it was never failing, doing poorly would be a better way to describe it. But there were worse years in the past. COVID was simply a way to get us to sympathize with them for cutting waste in bulk. They were aware the hiring rebound was coming, just needed to wait it out.
@What happened to lvl 2 engineer opening? Probably outsourced right? — possible, considering our "leader" just told us our new support team and manager would be located in the Denver.

Yea much better than I expected
Company is doing great!
