I heard the power has gone out at some locations, electric bills are 30 days past due, has anyone else heard this?

If it's true, I doubt it's intentional. There would be too many potential issues restarting systems after a sustained power outage. If it was intentional I would think they would just power off non essential breakers. Probably confusion around a spending freeze if it happened (but would companies cut utilities right now?)
My guess is that some locations are counting on cutting utilities unless they have a FJ department that requires it. Our mall is still heavily patrolled by security during this shutdown.
The location I work at happens to still have a small team inside working fulfillment and they're working under minimal lighting and no elevators or escalators.
