Is there still an investment in agile “coaches”? Literally millions of dollars of shareholder money has been spent leading to budget overruns and the firing of long term associates to cover the gap. Ask about it in your next town hall. And ask why that money isn’t directed to associates instead

Any good updates from last night call?
Fiserv likes flexibility. Like the ability to bend over, grab your ankles and receive what Frank is about to give you.
Put another way, the company values agile coaches over associates
They keep the coaches around because the company has made a sizable investment and commitment to going agile. Because of that the coaches are needed to help keep moving the company that way. I get that it’s frustrating but when looking at who they are keeping over who they are cutting, it’s always about where the money is being invested.
This could apply to any company. If you want to make a ton of cash, become a "coach" of the latest buzzword. Companies eat it up.
