I would like to ask if anybody knows how the kickback system put in place by foreign companies works
at MST. Also, it would be interested to know how widespread the system is.
My understanding of the system is that it is a long chain of kickbacks, which can be summarized as follow:
1) The onshore VP/executive makes the decision to go cheap, quick and dirty. Instead of
all-American engineers, he/she wants the foreign workers route.
2) The mid level executive finds a foreign staffing company (kickback number one)
3) The foreign workers with H-1B visa are paid based on the visa application (in reality, they pay a kickback to
their manager)
4) The onshore project manager gets also a kickback so that a flow of foreign workers is maintained.
Am I missing something? Who else gets a kickback?
How does the system really works?
Thank you in advance.
