I think Pete and BD should resign, all they do is rely on consultants to tell them what to do, we can save $40 M plus a year if they did.

So much greed. Senior Leaders and Exec's from some of our competitiors and other large and small companies have given up their STI's and some have even taken a short furlough of pay for a few months. They have given back to their companies to help the employees that don't make what Management and Senior Management make. 200% is ridiculous. How greedy. Shameful.
The analysts and shareholders need to hold the board and management accountable for mediocre results at best, but HUGE payouts to the top few.
They get 200% STI for bringing in a bunch of high paid consulting companies to do their job for them?? Let’s apply the model throughout the company....Hire expensive consultants to do everyone’s job, give everyone 200% of target STI, huge expense accounts, and use of private jets.....
Next earnings call, the analysts need to ask real questions or just not attend and downgrade the stock
