Of course, for some people, it's probably cramping their style. Hard to harass people from home.

This is so sad and such a clear problem at Oracle. Managers only want people dumber than them. That's a very, very, low bar for the developers to crawl under. Everyone who knows what they are doing has left, as far as I can see. Why would anyone want to crawl under the manager's low, low bar?
Oracle is a waste of time for anyone who knows what they are doing.
My higherups not able to see my body languague ... My manager had told she doesnt like guys who are confident. Now it's not possible as they expected us to be submissive all the time. Now they dont have much arrows to shoot.
As the judgement day has arrived even KIM jong un uncle of North Korea is not spared... Authorities of Oracle I am not sure, they are above god and nature:) atleast my manager!!!
Been doing it for years until RS pulled his bs a few years ago. Delighted to be back in my element at home. I get so much more done at home without all the office interruptions.
Not many people poking their nose in the middle of my job!
Didn't think I would like it but getting a lot more done without all the interruptions.
