How many furloughed people have already decided not to return on their own? I'm not talking about having a furlough turn into a lay off (which I've heard already happened to some people,) but simply people getting a taste of life outside of Xerox and deciding that returning is simply not worth it.

Many of them are older, and this is no doubt a way to get by with the younger/cheaper techs until they can figure out if they even need the old farts.
They make these decisions without any thought to the brain drain, but no surprise there.

They got bills to pay bro. Smart move is to make sure u have something lined up before you make a a move to leave.
