STS is changing and realigning job families. This is step one to layoffs, where a lot of unhappy staff, who will be basically demoted in grade and title, but sold as a "realignment", will simply quit voluntarily. This will allow Schwab to bring the head count, and align with the upcoming TDA merger. I am a MP.

Seen this “restructuring “ coming when the t–d Waterhouse came to contaminate a stellar company , now that these lay offs are affecting my long stint with Schawb , it’s time to go as the “silt” from t d clouds the stream that held a clean concept is a down hill fall from greatness.
