After months of nothing, L3 is cracking down just as everything else is opening. Mandatory masks, daily onsite temp checks and the new pointless online screening tool. Mason has set up tents at both entrances, will be interesting to see how this plays out. Why? Setup to fire people "with cause" for not following new procedures? Tax incentives for having this in place?

Oh, you are deceived. L3 does not care.
It's called state mandated measures, naive one.
They could care less about employees, certainly since the Merger.
What plant? What state? Florida infection rates are so high. Scary stuff. I am super glad L3Harris is doing what they can to control the spread it's where I feel safest to be other than my home.
At least 3 L3Harris employees have died of COVID that is why it matters! For the good of the employees. Be thankful they care!
We fight an invisible enemy. According to the Commander-in-Chief, we are fighting an invisible enemy. We are actively taking casualties, and it seems to be at an ever increasing rate. Despite the war, we are not given "combat pay," no...we are asked to work manditory overtime while we somehow hold ourselves to the highest standard of self-care. We are becoming the casualty of corporate greed and nothing more. You want to protect the warfighter? Start with taking care of your own people first, and they will take care of you. That is no longer happening on many fronts. Lay us off! We will make more!
Greenville HDL employees are coming up positive for COVID.
I'm just tired of being told we are essential, while damn near everywhere else is making as much or more than people on our production floors.
