Anyone else try looking into this section on The Hub and get an error message over and over again?

I’m accessing our company’s own internal website, The Hub. The link to Carrier and Learning seems to be consistently broken. I wouldn’t ever access this site or any do personal browsing on my work computer.
Possibly because you are using a company network. Don’t access this site while logged into a company computer, they monitor everything and have blocking in place.
