Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

Hertz is a terrible company to work for

The only good thing about Hertz, is their checks clear each week. Lower and upper management Don't know what is going on. Sad

Depends on your location. As BM I made sure to take care of my team when the company failed to do so. Constantly rewarding the team for a job well done with lunch and even broke off some of my bonus money for my employee's. You get what you give. We had a great location and business was great and then we were shut down. I was blessed to have the best salesperson in the entire company and they let him go. Goes to show that no one cared how well you performed. Politics.

In IT, did you direct the dugout video about Project ONE? How can Opal boast about go-live being imminent, then tell us to hold on another 2 weeks for a “small glitch” and then comms stop? We now know that Res/Rent isn’t coming until 2021, whopping 15 month delay. Not corona related!!!

How can you possibly write that management knows what is going on? How stu+pid do you have to be to not spot your heavily promoted product is incomplete and rotten? If IT were an airplane, we’d crash 3 out of 4 flights.
