I have represented them as an agent for a very, very long time and worked at Xerox before that. It was a great company for most of the years I've worked with them and made a lot of money. A few years ago all that changed, the sales goals are impossible to achieve, and the support is nearly non-existant. We pretty much do most of Xerox's work now in order to keep our customers happy.

Probably the most ridiculous goal they have is double digit growth year over year when print is declining about that same amount! Hilarious!

Nope. Whether incompetence or evil intent, flagging any employee who takes a 401k withdrawal as “do not re-hire” cannot be trusted.

If any of you trust any Fortune 500 company in today’s shareholder first world you’re mistaken. As for xerox, They got complacent and didn’t see 25 yrs ago that digital was the future And printing would be near obsolete. Hiring the disciples of the disciples was a death sentence back then. No one at the top had any NEW ideas. Just same ole same ole. And this started LOOOONG before Carl and Johnny V. Mismanagement and sleeping at the wheel and no cost consciousness at all - some examples: Spending money on stupid expensive trips for sales people Year over year. Spending money on leases for office space so executives could be close to their homes. Allowing spouses to accompany employees on trips and footing the bills. Bringing inventory so far down every qtr and then spending $20m to air ship it in the next to meet orders. Carl arrogantly thought he could fix what was wrong with xerox. Now they realize it’s a sinking ship and doing anything to recoup their cash. Sad sad sad

The legacy of Joe Wilson and passed down by future CEO’s was for Xerox to be a company that respected it employees, socially aware of its environment, with a customer first attitude and supportive of affirmative action initiatives. Progressive to the max..That was
Xerox, a pride that was reflected in its employees..TODAY none of that exist!

Xerox CAN BE TRUSTED... To mismanage itself for years and happily Skah-Rewwww its employees (mostly techs) to desperately try to rescue its share price... which has n't budged from the crash. Maybe diy package: sell my car part stock on ebay and look into HVAC or TV VCR repair? Sooo done!

Heck no!
That’s a fact
What happened that created your post?
I bet you have a story to share....
I don’t trust the “new” Xerox at all.
The one I worked in 20 years ago, yes, but not for one second now.
