- If you're in the US and have been working from home in your pajamas the past 2 months, your job can be done from India for 1/4 the salary. Your time is short with VZW.
- If your working on 5G, expect MAJOR changes. 5G is now a cold war with China, and this isn't good news for VZW. China can implement 5G twice as fast at 30% the cost. Without the equipment from China, VZW and all the carriers will be paying top dollar and waiting much longer. To you, that means layoffs.
- Hans is planing his exist as quickly as he can (see #2 above). He saw what Randy extorted from T, and he's ready to do the same. He's a short-timer with a bad record in every CEO job he's had, and VZW will be even shorter.
- Indian contract body shops will continue to roll money out the back door of VZW, so those in those sweatshops will do fine.
