I hear that Tuboscope is breaking up different business groups and selling them off. Machining services is one of them. Has anyone else heard this?

Who would buy any of their outdated cr&p?
"Holmes road engineering getting gutted", "upper management in crosshairs", "Phil going to clean house", "chapter 11", "HR on their way", blah blah.
This site has been crying wolf about Tuboscope for months saying "next week is the week" but so far nothing has really came of it.
