Only the laptop and the docking station need to be returned. They recently advised the BSLs to not send boxes for any other equipment to be sent back.

make sure to take pictures of what's inside your boxes and keep any receipts showing you sent back the equipment. I was laid off in november and in January they said I never sent back my monitor. I sent them pictures of what was inside each box and the tracking confirmation showing that my boxes had been delivered back to them. I haven't heard back from them.

So I finally got things squared away, here is what to do:
EMAIL: [email protected] requesting they mail you a box and shipping label. Cc your manager and BSL (if known). Recovery team will request the box and label be shipped to you and they then ask your manager to request a separate box if more than laptop, docking station needs to be returned. It took over 3 days to hear from them after initial email so if you don’t hear back after a week send a 2nd email... I hope this helps.

Has anyone shipped back the work at home kit furniture items (chair, desk, etc)? If so, did you use boxes or did you do something else?

I called the IT help desk and they submitted a request to BSL team. If you’re in contact with your manager ask them to email bsl for them to send you box and label. As of right now I’m still waiting to receive box and label....

I didnt request anything. I was sent boxes and labels for equipment that was specified as "anything that contains data/information". I still have several items. I even emailed asset recovery & placed a call for them to send me boxes (no way am I freely paying to send it back to them) and I got nothing. It's been over 6 months. So unorganized.

Does anyone know if we will actually be sent labels and boxes or if we have to call HR to request them?

I was told I will receive boxes and labels to send equipment back. I haven’t received anything yet. My manager was laid off as well.

How do we get boxes and labels if our managers were laid off as well?

Did any of you sign the severance paperwork prior to shipping computer back? In the severance agreement it says that you have returned all computer equipment.

I called help desk today and they messaged my bsl to send me a label and box.

I hear ya - “get that dang machine out of my house!” They turn off your access so fast you can’t even use Internet Explorer. In my experience (before I was part of the 6/3 carnage) at some point they contact your manager to hound you to get the assets back. It’s as though the process starts with “call and eliminate position” then straight to “escalate missing assets.”

That company is the dregs of the corporate world.

They will send you a box and labels. Of course their processes are so archaic that they will not be able to do anything without you asking them for it. Managers at that company are worthless. Note that I don’t call them leaders because they aren’t even an L in leaders
