Here is a question I have not seen here yet. With all of the call offs and them being point free how does that effect s persons full time status? Surely with the requirement of a twelve week average of 34 hours many will have dropped below that average wouldn't you think?

At my club we were told we were safe due to the pandemic and school closures... we are NOT.
I've had multiple deaths in my family recently "none to covid" and due to school and daycare closures life has become rough. I have been penalized for all of it and was just threatened a week ago with the loss of my full time status. I do not think this is fair at ALL
If you were grandfathered in, full time is actually 27 hours I think. If you use your PTO, ppto and then sick time up and you are on loa, there is a certain amount of time you are job protected. After that, it will be up to the manager. Hope you are one of the "chosen" and you'll be fine. If not, the manager will sick his minions on you to make your life he'll! It's very sad how the once great company has changed. You can thank Sam Walton's heirs!
To answer your question, yes. If you drop beneath 34 hours for 12 weeks you will still lose your full time status. That has not changed.
If you were worried about losing your full time status you would show up for work, with everyone calling out because there are no points given it’s making it harder on some of us that show up for work everyday. So my opinion if you are calling out a lot you should give up your full time to someone that wants the hours and has probably been covering for you since you decided not to come in
People are so full of hatred I feel sorry for them . Their lives must be miserable
If you take off 3 days you have to take a leave that does not affect full time until you are off 3 months . As long as you use pto or ppto it does not affect your hours if you take off without leave of absence
so....still no answer ...I am not concerned about others and their status...I am concerned about me losing my full time status....
Corona virus spreading like wild fire and people on edge and nervous everyday walking around wearing mask like a scary movie and all you concerned about is people getting punished for calling out because you dont call out , if sams allow people not to get points its because sams know the troubling time we working in, get over yourself, great you want lessen your odds by taking a day off from time to time maybe they will give you a award or something

Who cares about FULL TIME GEESH!! The way you get treated why not enjoy it.. besides do you ever wonder if the people that are calling in might just be sick or a love one.. I GOING TO NEED YOU TO MIND YOUR BUSINESS ON THIS ONE!!!
