20 percent of which claims adjusters? Inside, Outside? LDU, Rapport, Casualty? What does 20 percent of claims adjusters mean?
I wanted to puke at senior leaders who talked in claims annoucement about “exciting times” and “embrace” change when they are reducing claims adj by 20 percent. It’s sad and stressful for employees and these id–ts act giddy. We have horrible upper management at this company.
25 years w company and no I’m not proud anymore to work for it or would I recommend it to someone else. When you Ask for employee feedback on job satisfaction next time HR ask AFTER you tell your workforce you’re going to gut them in worst economy amid a plague.
