Will someone tomorrow reply on here and let us know about the new region and division structure and what region/division jobs are staying. I know there are no district merchants For FOB’s but there are “beauty field directors” who are on furlough.
Will there be RMD’s (or whatever their new title is) ?!
Will the regions go from 7 back to 5? Etc
Good luck everyone !! Just remember that it will be bittersweet if you are let go. Amazing people work at Macy’s and I’m sure you’ve made great connections with your team members. But THERE IS a better life outside Macy’s. My friend left and is making way more money working for a vendor and is much more happier.
It will not be the end of the world if you’re let go!
