I am still trying to understand if SM and CEM is same. Or I should have get severance offered? Please clarify anyone. Should I contact HR? Please help if you are a sales manager?

It’s the same job. Check out the micro site and go to store info. It goes into detail. Very similar.
It’s basically the same job. As long as they offer you a comprobable job you can’t get severance
