Does anyone know as a sales manager should we get severance offered ? Because my job is changed to customer experience manager. And I was never offered severance.

Can someone explain how the CEM is a different job that is offered as opposed to simply a title change?
Its always been 1 week per year with a minim (4?) and maxim (25?) pay out with vacation pay.
Severance is offered for the ones that are not being kept most likely 2 weeks for each year you have been there
if you were offered a CEM position then you’re not entitled to severance. they offered you a comparable position
