Does anyone else get a good laugh when you are preached to about ethics when you log onto the company web site? I’m pretty sure everything that is happening at this company is like the furthest thing from high ethical standards. I’m pretty sure upper management folks skipped ethics while attending college. Just one persons opinion.

Corporate executives are schooled in a different world. They don’t see deceiving employees as corrupt, it’s just a harmless white lie to them. But they go crazy if someone calls in sick and ask for documents for proof. It’s the same every where. Unions are the best way to stand up to them. And voting for those that stand up to corporations and not favor them goes hand in hand with that.
It makes me laugh for sure. This place is constantly trying to steal money from me and has succeeded a couple of times. Hearing thieves talk about ethics and morals is freakin hilarious.

Sr Loco management in Omaha and sr dir in Houston are “ethical”. That is how they got promoted with no real degrees.
Theyre criminals, purposely violating our union contracts. Yet they want to persecute employees for anything put online that may not meet current hypersensitive standards of political correctness. F@@@#k Em!

Company policy is, if a union worker lies, they can be fired/terminated. But, a manager can bend the truth all the way to Jupiter and be protected.
Ethical conduct dictates to be truthful all the time. UP does not practice what they preach.
