Here in the Permian it’s PIPs basically getting fired, better kiss butt here, and know someone. They are getting rid of some good hands. Absolutely pathetic. Woods will get his bonuses, he’s run this company into the ground since Tillerson left.

EM "reorganises", their fancy word for lay off. Over 35 years in the company I have see many reorganisations, all "bottom" feeders should meanwhile have been cut out but ... we still have "some"? Yes, if you force 13% into the bottom category, for sure there will always be "low" performers!
But, hey, keep believing it when you hear EM say that "people are our most important assets"!
