Whats going on at Glendale Space ?
Product Support has been all too heavy for many years under FH and his goons. Even with massive cuts, their numbers are still too large for their own good. So many engineers with very little things to do while claiming that that they have too many. Their results are non-measurable hiding behind targets set forth to sites. When a particular metric is good, they will take credit for it without actually doing anything while if its bad, it will be claimed as it wasn’t a metric that they could have influenced.
A bunch of free-loading function which should have been gone some years ago if not for their savvy and almost too convincing reporting method. Just this year, FH mentioned that they would drive for quality improvements but in actual fact they have been claiming victories for things that either they had nothing to prove from it or just ask questionS (Honeywell terms this as challenging) to associate themselves as being contributive.
Torrance engineering was hit really hard on Thursday
You might specify which site you are asking about. There are a lot of engineering sites in the USA.
We lost several good people from engineering and test.
Weird, I heard the exact opposite.... I heard that production was going to be spared for the most part and departments like engineering and others were going to be slaughtered. Guess we will start finding out later today...
