No, if you can afford to stay a rep stay a rep. They just hammered you guys, next will be mgmt. I don’t know if it’ll be cuts or no backfill, but it’s coming
I don’t think so. Get your degree if you don’t have one and start planning for a career outside of retail. Even if you stay in retail and move up, what’s the goal? GM? DM?

Retail will be downsizing the manager spots over the next few months. It’s usually only a 10-15% pay increase when you move from rep to manager. SM’s have a cake job right now just running a queue and barking for reps to do things.....and of course just being on calls. It’s a useless position. I’m sure they will develope new key holder spots that may pay a little extra.
Business team will not take anyone from retail right now. Either from within or outside the company
