I am all for the “one team” changes but why the hell are there individual goals for the credit cards? Typical Verizon since day 1 that i started with this company , talking out of both sides of their mouths

Just offer it to everyone. If you offer it there is literally nothing they can do.
There are no more metrics. And reps can not be "pipped" over metrics only behaviors. Raises will be 100% dependant on individual RIS yearly score.
Ok so your first problem is assuming that “ one team “ eliminates individual goals. The “ one team “ change is merely about how you will make commission going forward. You do realize that there will still be individual goals for TMP, ARD and new lines ? How do you think they are going to do raises at end of year? You think everyone will get the same percentage as “ one team “ ? HA ! That is why one team is a horrible structure especially for anyone wanting to personally excel and grow.
