Anything word on Birmingham Carmen?

The Firemen and Oilers in Birmingham stay very busy. They push a ton of locomotives across the fuel ramp on top of building power. I don't know about other locations, but Birmingham is real busy since they have gone to distributed power. The shop has slowed down, but the fuel ramp stays busy all day long.
We Laborers don't clean much anymore. Our jobs our outsourced! It's pathetic.

No need for a Union when all thats left is salary,they will take a 45% pay cut ,no overtime,2 weeks max vacation no bonuses on call 24 7 Seen this play out before,this is no joke.
We have a janitorial service doing the exact same job that the laborers should be doing,They get paid well all of them driving Beamers brand new trucks.All the laborers love it ,they dont even dump the trash or clean up behind themselves,got plenty of naps and game time on their phones,way to save money NS.
I didn't think Elkhart was having furloughs
