Does anyone know if your package is capped at 26 weeks, even if you have been with the company longer than 13 years?

package of 208 weeks ( in Europe )
I got 52 weeks...it was great
no , not always , in Europe it can be 8 years because Pepsi likes to dismiss union representatives , and that dismissal comes with a price
In the past it was 2 weeks for every year of service to a max of 52 weeks. Mine went for 42 weeks. Wishing you all the best of luck. My lay-off was a relief and a start of a new better chapter.
