What’s the criteria for lay-off this time?

Yes. The current wave is complete. What a couple of weeks.
Is it ever going to be over? I don’t see that happening anytime soon with so much depressing news of layoffs in aircraft manufacturing related businesses.
Honeywell is just doing what the rest are doing in managing cost over revenues and although unthinkable to some, it is a necessary approach to keep whoever is left from this m—acre with a job.
You’re kidding right?
Criteria: Anybody still alive. Nuff said.
The depends on your definition of the word “it”. If “it” means RIFs and furloughs, then it will never end. If “it” means the ability to innovate, design, build and deliver value to our customers then yes, I believe it’s over.
If you put your family or health over putting your head up the site leader's a– (err... I mean Honeywell profits), your out.
It's far from over. I expect ongoing riffs and cost cutting actions until profits can be made again. It's the only option Hon has. The ALT has refused to openly address the magnitude of the economic nuke that's been dropped on the entire aerospace industry. Dairyass feels its more important to address social justice issues as though that's in some way relevant to our business. Most of my co-workers are oblivious to the severity of the economic situation and fail to understand the impacts. Demand for Hon products has fallen off a cliff and the employees are going down with it. This is what it feels like to work for a company on its way out of business.
Random draw. If your burning platform speech doesnt get them moving try turning loose the wolves.
Mpls AME over 1/2 were gone So no criteria at all.
Depends on the group. I heard that it’s going thru next week. Everything is at a standstill until they reorganize. People with experience and authority to sign off or move things, are gone.
