Old CVE HR trick is to hire a replacement for someone on a mat leave and keep them after the mat leave is over. Easier to justify making their empire bigger.
Watch out DelFrari there’s a new queen bee in town and once she’s built her empire you might not even be noticeable..

Odd how the company has half the employee headcount it did in 2015 with 1/3 more HR staff now.

Well I gave the “new CLT” long enough and in Jan/Feb decided they’re just as screwed as before because the layer below them never changed. It’s not it’s HR. That entire layer of VPs and Directors is toxic.. I think new HR ppl are good for the company to maybe reduce the toxicity...
When does the company ever actually DO what it says.. we’re also seeing promotions when there is a ban on promotions because when you’re friends with a CLT member you get what you want. We’re also getting new VPs, because we don’t have enough. Now whenever AP comes on do to a video episode of preach preach preach, I ignore it. Also, thanks CVE CLT, like about 90% of the organization I’ll just keep my head down and collect my paycheck because you guys have your heads far too stuck in your you know where to notice!
