On a call with ATSV leaders and have been told that some employees will be sent a skills assessment to complete. If their skills do not match what Allstate are looking for, redundancy is the next step. Get revising.

Was there any mention of which positions would be affected by this?
What is a skills assessment? Do you just rate yourself, or is there some type of test to validate said skills? If you want to leave, can you just tank it?! Seems the writing is on the wall for you anyway of you receive one. Also, this sounds like it will be dragging out into at least September for ATSV, which by the way has a large chunk of the employee population.
What criteria will be used to determine which employees are going to be sent an assessment?
This isn’t relevant for Ireland or India.
Allstate Technology and Strategic Ventures. Assessments being sent out early August and will all be sent at same time.
