I was calling Oracle support and was transferred to an engineer who said he didn't work for Oracle anymore. Must have been VERY recent for his cell phone to still be in the support rotation.

LOL, Oracle is such a sh– show. Too cheap to provide oracle phones for employees, routing support calls to personal employee numbers! So, so, Oracle. ROFLMAO!
It was across product. Managers, support, directors. My team - 2 were let go That I know of - including me after almost 23 years.
