Be aware, the bloodshed isn't over - more layoffs coming in August. This company has no soul!

This thread is suffering from an infection of “layoffs in August” trolls. It might even be just one troll.
August is confirmed
Care to share which groups will be hit?
August is confirmed, but then deep down inside everyone on this board knew that already, right? :-)
I love it, +20yr ...I have never seen this....the only exception.... brilliant. I want this guy writing enterprise code for me.....oops
August will be Cloud and Licensing Enterprise Sales teamsMake sure you have a solid forecast at the end of Q1!
It does not need a genius to predict the future layoffs in Oracle. Customer are avoiding us like a plague. There are lay offs in core DB and Exa orgs and their respected support sections. All the experienced sales people are gone. Amazon janitors are running the cloud org with fancy VP/SVP titles. The market cap is same for the past decade (stock appreciation are due to buybacks).
He is right. There will be more in August. I know this for a fact.
Would you know which properties will be impacted in August! If your Intel is actually a legit one.
The same post was made maybe one weak ago, and most likely by the same person. Unfortunately, he is distracting readers, and undermining the main objective of this platform which is to provide creditable source of information anonymously, by people/employees who are victims of reduction in force or restructuring , where main stream media ignore.
Please don't post anything unless you are sure it is truthful, and it makes addition to the public knowledge and the readers/visitors of this site.
Stop with the fear mongering. I’ve been with Oracle 20 years and have never seen them do this. Layoffs are always in late June. It’s a waste of time, resources, and expense to go through another round of layoffs. The only exception is mid-year reorgs and those are pretty infrequent.
Who are you? What's your purpose to post this? Do you enjoy getting people to panic?
