When Charlie was CEO, did you have an Enterprise Transformation performance objective? At Wells, he rolled out a Performance Objective around looking for ways to improve processes and efficiencies. Now we are waiting for him to roll out an Enterprise Transformation Performance Objective. Does anyone know how the Enterprise Transformation objective would be different than the efficiencies objective? Sound like they would be duplicative. Also, as warned BNY Mellon employees, life under Charlie, is the worst experience ever. This guy is a monster!!!

No need to to pull the wool over ole Warren and the board. Warren has no interest whatsoever in anything which she cannot directly monetize. It’s her personal approach to a Green economy.
More humane here? Well ... let's not get so carried away ...
Once he left BNYM it feels like it became more humane here. So good that he is gone. And BNYM stock performs much better than Wells.
Wait for the profanity at the Town Hall! He has a colorful vocabulary. Wait for the slip up.
All these key phrases he tosses out - transformation, efficiency, agile; all smoke and mirrors to pull the wool over ole Warren and the board while he and his cronies pad their pockets and let Rome burn. What kind of bank stops lending? Of course earnings are going to decline, there goes the dividend and the board just sits there and takes it! The sign that the board is in his back pocket is the newest member elected this year came over from BNYM - he’s Charlie’s godfather to keep the rest in line.
Oh yeah, you guys are in for a real bloodbath at Wells. The new management lives for wrecking people’s lives. My condolences.
Sorry......but you have not seen anything yet.
You are about to be Transformed!
Good luck. We at BNY have not yet recovered.
The upside is, once it is bad enough, he’ll move on.
You're in for a real treat over at Wells! You'll see.
