And people's productivity along with it. Don't they see they are not just harming us (something they couldn't care less about) but also the entire company and its bottom line (something they really should care about if for nothing else but their own wallets) by dragging this out?

Allstate doesn’t care. Like them mentioning the great inspire results taken BEFORE the announcement of “transformative b—s—”. They don’t care about customers and they certainly don’t care about employees.
People are quitting, going on short term disability, whatever they can. I will laugh if they want me to stay. I tell nobody at work what I am doing and we will see . There are valid opportunities right now but it’s a heck of a time to have to look.
Everyone I know is thinking about their plan B. They're applying for jobs, working on their resumes, calling friends about opportunities. At work they're going through the motions. And, can you blame them?
