I am another long time customer and wanted to see why Allstate employment was trending on Twitter....
The animosity of the employees that I see here does not make me as a customer feel that I am in good hands....particularly what I am reading on some of the ways claims are handled...

An estimated twenty percent of us will be losing our jobs. As a customer, you can help change this when you have an auto claim and that is to request a "live" Allstate adjuster inspect your vehicle. Allstate wants to cut all of our field adjuster staff while the competition still have field adjusters.
How do you know folks laugh? If you were about to be laid off during a pandemic and recession, you wouldn't be on the boards here singing praises..
They say they push virtual claims for customer satisfaction. In reality, they push it because 30% of customers never take the vehicle to a shop and accept the money from a half a– estimate written off cell phone pictures. They still say it’s in “good faith” because the customer took the pictures and you can only write what you see. 30% of their customers get screwed and they laugh about it.
