I'm an XBS Technician who was furloughed in mid May for 3 months along with many others. We were rumored to merge with Xerox direct Technicians very soon so we will be going into each others accounts. Would not be surprised if they decide they don't need some of us back the way they've been getting rid of all their management and admin people.

Maybe if Johnny V only gave himself a $1 million dollar bonus he could afford to be a decent human being. Someday COVID will not be the threat it is today and people will go back to work. Technicians are needed way more than most managers.
I’m a site engineer in uk , my customer has no plans to reopen The office for the majority of staff for another 12 months ,I suspect once gov support dries up I’ll be redundant.
Don’t hold your breath. They are requiring a business case for each furloughed person to be brought back. I’m in the middle of it. Senior leadership is screwing everyone.
The workload is too much.
I won't count on furloughed technicians coming back any-time soon due to the work load. There's few field technicians did called back to cover onsite.
