Sales Budget Increase

Why the hell would the company increase FS Sales Budgets for the 2nd half of the year? Does anyone realize we are still in the middle of a pandemic.

Green sheet sales budget are still used but not the green sheet payroll. Add up your sale budget on kmi and it will match the green sheets. And yes they did raise sales budget in my store as soon as I hit sales budget again in June and July they raised me $500 a week. For August and September the rest of the year is the same but could change again since I'm still hitting new sales plan. Get 10 yearly carepass will cover it....if I don't loose my job for not hitting carepass goals

The budgets didn't change. We don't use green sheets for anything and haven't in ten years. You're just looking at irrelevant info to get in your feelings.

Because Where I am we are beating budgets so the increase was to offset that. Of course they increase budgets because if not we might get a bonus!

Calm down Karen. Your store must be the only store that had a “change” look again. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Sales budgets have been increased. Look at the green sheets. They have changed. CarePass is a big part of it.

None of that is true. Budgets haven't been changed, lump sums did occur this year at the discretion of the manager, and both 2020 as 2021 inventive plans have already been finalized and they're the same as recent years. Total misinformation you're spreading.

In accounting, you do not touch your budgets once they are posted. Forecasts can be changed, not budgets. CVS has a real bad habit of changing the rules of the game while it’s being played. These practices make it clear there is NO accounting integrity. One day they will graduate to more serious accounting fraud and I hope it takes a lot of our executive leadership down.

Also did anyone notice the 2020 incentive problem STILL has not been provided? It’s July. Cannot wait for the inevitable announcement that due to Covid related “headwinds” there will be no incentives. They have already snuck no lumps sum checks for the redline colleagues under everyone’s nose. Absolutely the must underhanded, despicable company to stomach working for every day.

Probably just trying to push managers to try and hit a higher target so the yearly sales equal predicted budget precovid.

Uncle Larry needs his cut of those 2nd Stimulus Corona checks so he can buy another yacht. So if you could help people on their path to better health and sell some more CarePass memberships that would be great.

They are guessing there will be foot traffic from the people going to get Corona tests.

Simple !! It’s brilliant if your goal is greed !!

Increase sales budgets and you keep chasing your own tail !! Never achieve metrics and our great superhero so called field managers will continue to come in the stores and tell you what you’re doing wrong.

Nothing new here people - same old s&&t
