How is the covid response at the campus? Are most people working from home?

The Covid Response is a forced layoff being disguised as an arduous performance-driven evaluation process when it is actually a knee-jerk response executed with bias and popularity perception driven solely to remove headcount from the bottom line.
To be fair, the situation in Harris County dictated the step back to WFH for those without closed offices. We did come back early, but I think the company put in place sufficient precautions to make sure it was safe. I know I’ll be called an a&$ kisser for this opinion ...
Back in May and June they forced everybody to come back on a rotating schedule. Those lucky enough to have closed offices were supposed to be on campus full time. Those in open floor plans worked out alternating schedules with neighbors so half were in the office at a time, sitting about 7 feet apart.
Last week management finally realized this was a bad idea and have "temporarily" returned us to just those with offices and those who want to be in the open floor plan working from campus.
