Do we have a date for our unused pto will be paid out for those of us departing colleagues?

Unused PTO is paid out. You lose your sick time though.
They payed my PTO on 6/30 two days after i was called back. It messed up my weekly UI, now i have to prove to my state i wasn't getting PTO every week i claimed UI... and stil dont know why they want me start fresh
No, its the unused accrued from THIS year PTO.
Was it from last year?
