Regional Operations - considering there will be no regions it doesn't take a person to look into a crystal ball to see what will happen to them.

How many manager level positions will actually move to where the zones are? Seems like if you aren't already in one of the hubs for the zone that you are at a disadvantage.

Its the new “WOKE” way of being Transparent, look at how great we are over here with our “Pride days” And giving employees “Juneteenth” off But pay no mind to the Thousands were going to layoff right after making them watch a “Welcome to the Allstate Family” training video

I'm not convinced they know what the outcome will be until they work through all the segments of this reorganization. I don't think they have it written in concrete yet. Anytime you deal with human's, there is always a change in plans.
