I've always wondered how we got away with this. It's been pretty obvious since they never disclosed what data was being used from credit. We all know Equifax, TransUnion and Experian know everything about everyone. And Just plug in a same s-x couple in a CGR state, rates go up.
Maybe that's where all the accidents happen? Or, that zip code has a higher number of claims?
