Not only was the cloud sales engineering org blown up (Interjeet Singh moved to "greener pastures"), but i don't recall seeing anyone post how Rich Geraffo has been removed as the head of cloud sales. Not that their replacements will be any more effective, given the train wreck that is Oracle Cloud... just the annual re-org in sales that will be inconsequential yet again.

@Lady Bird Watcher: I assume you mean they're not available/in a meeting, since all the O offices are closed. If so, is it Sales or SC management?
Three levels of management are all huddled behind closed doors. Some fire drill going on.
The problem has never been sales. The problem has always been engineering.
Why is it that no one in the management can see that?
Well Oracle is running sales org as child play. They are hiring cloud sales, client representative by importing from Vietnam to Singapore when the accounts they handle with customer are based in Vietnam. So, the question here will be isn’t it will make better approach having them stay near to the customer. This is ridiculous and I won’t invest in oracle stock. It just not going anywhere especially the cost of hiring in Vietnam vs Singapore is 3-4 times higher. Oracle is not saving cost but a wastage.
RG (was Cloud-Tech) was swapped with MH (was On-Prem/HW Tech) several weeks ago. SC is putting RG out to pasture, giving him time to find something else to do. Guessing once he leaves, MH will take over everything in NA – at least for Tech, but perhaps for Apps, too. MH seems to be the rising pretty boy...
And yes,IS was replaced by VK from DJ's org. VK brought 100+ OCI Solution Architects with him to NA Sales; unclear if those 100+ ECAs will augment or replace existing folks.
