Announced yesterday that Allstate spent 4 billion in cash to buy National General and pick up 9,000 additional employees.
Expect those employees to be rebranded to Allstate in the near future and those additional employees will be picking up workload left behind by loyal Allstate employees being “
laid off.”
This is why customer service matters in double talk only at the “new Allstate.” They don’t care about retention. Tommy grows the company by buying other companies....
