Wow, first the SVP Product jumps to Google now the Cisco Chief Strategy Officer bails for SAP!
Two senior executives jump within weeks! This spells doom for Cisco!
Here comes another wave!

I wonder if Google is considering acquiring Cisco???
Ruba is bureaucrat that is up to date on all the latest buzzwords. Perfect for Cisco, GE, or HP.
Cisco execs typically bail when they lose (or know they are losing) an internal political battle. I feel bad for the employees under them.....when your exec bails, it leaves the employees with no air cover....they'll get absorbed by another exec that doesn't know them, and will axe the majority of them when a LR comes around. Happened to me (my VP left), and most of the rest of us got whacked in a LR.
Can someone fill me in - what happened with Ruba?????
Does anyone know what Ruba really does?
Not to worry. Ruba will save us!
Adios muchonachos!!
Even so , still better than H, I heard at least 30% layoff. Hardware engineers will be transfered to their defense projects with china govn
I always wonder if EVPs/SVPs leave on their own or if they are forced out by the CEO? It's difficult to think if it's the former case as they are earning a substantially high salary and have a challenging role already.
Old news!
Apparently, the Chief Strategy Officer felt the best strategy was to leave.
A clear sign the cow has been milked and all that is left is a dried up teet!
